Jumbo88 Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (the “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) and Jumbo88 (“we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your participation in the Jumbo88 Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement governs all aspects of your participation, including but not limited to compensation, conduct, compliance, and termination. Jumbo88 is a sweepstakes-based online casino operated under applicable laws of the United States, excluding jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited.

2. Enrollment and Approval

To become a Jumbo88 Affiliate, you must submit a complete and truthful application. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application at our sole discretion, with or without cause. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not reside or operate in any restricted jurisdiction. Affiliates may not act as intermediaries or brokers on behalf of third parties unless specifically approved in writing.

3. Affiliate Site Responsibility and Participation

You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website(s), social media channels, email content, or any other platform used to promote Jumbo88 (collectively, your “Site(s)”), as well as for all content and materials that appear on or through those Site(s). This includes ensuring that such content is lawful, accurate, non-defamatory, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Jumbo88 disclaims all liability related to the content, functionality, or user experience of your Site(s).

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jumbo88, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from your Site(s), including but not limited to issues related to its content, operation, or user interactions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you publish about Jumbo88 — including games, offers, terms, or payment methods — is true, accurate, and not misleading. If you become aware that any such information is incorrect or outdated, whether through your own review or through notice from Jumbo88, you must correct or remove the content as soon as possible, and no later than ten (10) business days.

The Jumbo88 Affiliate Program is intended for your direct participation. You may not open, operate, or manage affiliate accounts on behalf of other individuals or entities without prior written approval from Jumbo88. The brokering, sale, or transfer of affiliate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. Any proposed account transfers must be requested in writing and are subject to Jumbo88’s sole discretion and written approval.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Once approved, you will receive access to tracking links via our affiliate management system. These links must be used exactly as provided. Modifying, cloaking, or otherwise interfering with tracking functionality is strictly prohibited. Users who click your affiliate link, register, and complete qualifying actions will be attributed to your account. We are not liable for untracked referrals due to user settings, browser conflicts, or unapproved marketing practices.

5. Compensation Models

Affiliates may be offered one or more of the following compensation structures:

  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): A flat payment for each new qualified user that meets deposit and identity verification criteria.
  • Revenue Share: A percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
    • Note: Revenue Share is subject to negative carryover unless otherwise specified in your Partner Insertion Order.
    • Revenue Share is calculated as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) minus player bonuses and chargebacks, less a 10% administrative fee — also referred to as Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) minus a 10% admin fee.
  • Hybrid: A combination of CPA and Revenue Share.

Specific compensation terms are outlined in your Partner Insertion Order.

6. Payouts and Thresholds

Approved payments will be processed on a Net 30 basis from the end of the month in which the conversions are verified. Jumbo88 shall not be held liable for late payments resulting from technical issues, third-party delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Jumbo88 will not pay any amount above an agreed-upon monthly cap and reserves the right to withhold payment for any traffic it deems fraudulent at its sole discretion.

7. Promotional Guidelines

You may only use officially approved Jumbo88 creatives, promotional copy, and assets available through our affiliate team. You may not:

  • Use false or misleading claims about Jumbo88 or its offers.
  • Use the Jumbo88 brand in unauthorized domains, subdomains, or apps.
  • Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam).
  • Promote Jumbo88 in restricted states (currently NY, NJ, CT, WA, ID, MI, DE, LA, NV, MT, RI, WV, MD, PA)
  • Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Fraud Prevention and Traffic Integrity

We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim payments if we suspect:

  • Fraudulent, incentivized, or bulk user registrations.
  • Self-referrals or account manipulation.
  • Collusion among referred users.

You agree not to interfere with tracking technology or misrepresent traffic sources. Traffic must originate from your own marketing efforts and comply with all applicable laws.

9. Use of Trademarks and Branding

Jumbo88 grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use its logos, marks, and brand assets solely for promotional use under this Agreement. You must:

  • Not alter, distort, or misuse branding elements.
  • Remove materials immediately upon request.
  • Cease use of all branding upon termination of this Agreement.

10. Confidentiality

You may receive confidential information about Jumbo88’s platform, offers, strategies, or user base. You agree not to disclose or use such information for any purpose outside this Agreement. This obligation survives the termination of your participation in the Program.

11. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will commence upon Jumbo88’s receipt and approval of your affiliate application and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur at any time, with or without cause, by either party providing written notice. Email delivery shall be considered sufficient and effective as immediate notice.

Upon termination of the Agreement, you must promptly remove all Jumbo88 branding, banners, tracking links, and promotional materials from your Site(s). You must also disable any active links directing users to Jumbo88.com or any related property. Additionally, you are required to return or securely destroy all confidential information and any copies thereof in your possession.

For the avoidance of doubt, Jumbo88 may terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion if we determine that your Site(s) or promotional methods are unsuitable. Unsuitable placements include, but are not limited to, content that:

  • Targets minors or promotes gambling to underage individuals,
  • Displays pornography or sexually explicit material,
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age,
  • Encourages or facilitates illegal activity,
  • Violates intellectual property rights,
  • Breaches any relevant advertising regulations or codes of practice.

12. Legal Compliance and KYC

You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including data protection and advertising standards. We may require KYC documents at any time for fraud prevention, compliance, or payment processing. Failure to cooperate may result in delayed or forfeited commissions.

13. Limitation of Liability

Jumbo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or your participation in the Jumbo88 Affiliate Program — even if Jumbo88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Furthermore, Jumbo88’s total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total Revenue Share paid to you during the term of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant rights or remedies to any third party not expressly party to it. The obligations outlined herein are corporate obligations only, and not personal obligations of Jumbo88’s directors, officers, employees, or shareholders. Any liability that arises under this Agreement shall be limited solely to direct damages and satisfied exclusively from Revenue Share generated under this Agreement.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jumbo88, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to:

  • Your participation in the Jumbo88 Affiliate Program;
  • Your breach of any obligation, representation, or warranty under this Agreement;
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct; or
  • Any injury, damage, or loss caused directly or indirectly by your actions, omissions, or the unauthorized use of Jumbo88’s branding, banners, links, or other promotional materials.

15. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept offers on our behalf.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published via email. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
